Chris and Eddie have to be some of the best and most honest contractors I've had visit my home. They took the time to diagnose the issue in my crawlspace, explain to me the possible solutions, and ended up recommending a few different solutions I could DIY myself. Although I didn't pay them to do any work, I'd highly recommend them to anyone with crawlspace issues.
i had four companies give me quotes on removing mold and putting down new vapor barrier in my crawl space. although crawl space ninja was the highest they provided so much education in person and via videos on youtube about the products they use and why they recommend encapsulation, etc that i felt they were best for my situation. some companies didn't recommend removing the mold at all so that they could keep the cost down for me. i've never heard of not removing mold once it is identified. i wasn't convinced that leaving i... read more
Good attention to detail , prompt and efficient.
Crawl Space Ninja did an encapsulation for us in November, 2025. There were a couple of bumps in the process, but Chris was diligent and addressed our concerns. A town inspector told me that the work that was done is much better than what he typically sees.
Great company to deal with. Did a great job with proposal and installation. Would definitely recommend for crawlspace encapsulation.
