I ran into this gentleman this morning at the gas station his name was eddie I am looking forward to get my crawl space done he took his time out an explain everything to me how it is supposed to be done I will be giving crawl space ninja a call i just want yall to know eddie is very knowledgeable of what he was talking about cause I went home research what he told me an it was on point crawl space ninja yall got you a good person very knowledgeable about everything

Very good work and each time they were at my house they came when they said. The was a major project of jacking the foundation and it was just a week from start to finish. My problem is that the cost of the dehumidifier warranty service is $400/ year. That is more than the cost of maintaining the HVAC system and really seems out of line for what needs to be done on a dehumidifier. Plan ahead in your monthly budget for an additional $35 just to have the dehumidifier properly maintained!
Absolutely insane experience. Damian accused me of lying that my house was not on the market. I told him it was on the market and that I was trying to make sure there were no issues, and if there were issues, I wanted to remediate them to make the home more appealing for potential buyers. It was not on the market when I made the appointment, but I absolutely told them I was planning to list it very soon and I wanted to make sure I remediated any issues if there were any, in order to make the home more appealing to buyers.
