I haven’t used this company for crawl space needs, but I saw an employee doing a kind deed by picking up a recycling bin that was knocked over on a busy street and had spilled into the roadway. He made sure to clear the area so that it was safe for other drivers. He did not have to do this as it wasn’t his fault. I can only assume that this not only speaks to his character but the character of the company. If I ever need crawlspace services, what I witnessed today makes me want to give this company a call.
The entire encapsulation process was simple and as advertised from the initial consultation with Damian to the walkthrough at the end with Eddie.
Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and upfront honest about everything. Definitely recommend for anyone in need of service.

Crawl Space Ninja did an encapsulation for us in November, 2025. There were a couple of bumps in the process, but Chris was diligent and addressed our concerns. A town inspector told me that the work that was done is much better than what he typically sees. We are very pleased!
