I had an unusual situation 4 years ago after I paid a deposit for sealing a crawl space. At the same time, I was renovating the remainder of the house, including putting french drains in place. Last week, I called to engage the company after all the years to start the work. Jason came out today and after reviewing the crawl space, he indicated that there is not a water/humidity issue since I had the drains put in and he was honest and letting me know that he didn't want me to spend money that wasn't necessary.
