I recently moved into a new home and found leaking in the basement that wasn't found in the inspection. I called Crawl Space Brothers in a panic and they came out right away. My wife and I are new to North Carolina and purchased a home in Cary. The home we purchased had the crawlspace encapsulated. Outstanding service from Leonard Foster at The Crawlspace Brothers! He arrived promptly for a service call on our dehumidifier units. Leonard was courteous, thorough, and took the time to show me detailed photos of our encapsulated crawlspace (which they also installed phenomenally). When he found a faulty part on one unit, he quickly arranged to have it covered under warranty without any hassle. Truly one of the best technicians we’ve ever worked with—five stars all the way.
