We had some issues that needed to be addressed prior to selling our home. Jeremy J. went above and beyond. He spent time thinking through solutions and talking through them with me. Though he provided a quote for a partial solution and fully explained everything, he didn't pressure me to buy services I didn't need. You can tell that he cares about finding real workable solutions for customers. If I have issues in the future, Jeremy has earned a repeat customer with his relational rather than transactional approach.
Do not get work done by these people!! I got a vapor barrier installed along with mold spray and trash cleanup they came, and said they were done which I foolishly trusted them and did not check their work. months later terminex comes to check for termites and notifies me that there was a broken pipe which I called a plumber for and in his photos that he took it shows that the work was incomplete, there was still trash, exposed dirt, and a puddle forming from someone placing their weight on the pipe which broke and was sloiw... read more
