Quoted $2-300 for a transmission service, dropped truck off and got a ride back to the house. About 30 min later they called and the quote majically turned into $700 even though i had provided everything but the fluid. Didnt have a ride to get it or time to deal.with it. Apparently it takes 4 hours to drop a transmission pan and change the filter, yet i saw my truck driving around Crawfordville 1.5 hrs after accepting the new quote, so apparently they could perform the 4 plus hrs of labor they charged me for in 1.5 hrs.
