Sally is amazing! She takes the time before your appointment to find out what areas you need her to focus on. She is THE BEST massage therapist. I always feel refreshed and relaxed after my hour massage.
Wow. Sally is a miracle worker!!! She understands how muscles work and can fix them so easily! I feel worlds better when I leave her place.
I'm glad to have found Sally to help me with some serious hamstring, quad, and calf issues that I've developed from a lifetime of running. In my first visit to her she resolved a hamstring injury that was keeping me from training. Now with weekly follow-ups she is fixing other chronic calf, quad, and IT band issues that have plagued me for years.
