My husband and I were having a very difficult time pulling together all the pieces we need for our bathroom renovation. I came in and Penny S. was amazingly helpful!! She was able to reduce my stress from looking at ordering off of 7 different websites down to getting everything from them. The best part was I walked away with everything to hand over to our contractor that same day.
The gentleman who helped me Saturday morning was very knowledgeable about the part I was looking for to fix my toilet. In just a few minutes he had the new part in my hands and explained how to install it. Within the year I plan on remodeling my whole bathroom. I will definitely be going back to Crawford Supply for all my plumbing supplies. Great showroom also! Thanks for your professionalism.
Walked in the showroom and was ignored
I recommended my sister to Crawford. She lives in Romeoville and was looking to purchase/order 2 new Koehler toilets. When she asked questions about ordering the toilets and if they had any plumbers they could recommend the lady was rude and frankly looked at my sister like she was asking stupid questions. Unbelievable! I have recommended Crawford to family and friends for years. I have purchased from them several times myself. I will never shop there or recommend again.
