I just needed a new hinge for my 20+ year old medicine chest door. I had originally worked with a company in Chicago that Crawford had acquired, so I thought that I may be out of luck. However, I drove the 10 miles up to Morton Grove to see if they could help. Even though I wasn’t spending a couple of thousand dollars on a new faucet or tub, they treated me with respect and kindness. My dad and I use to be customers from Crawford back in the day. We are plumbers and use to buy most of our material from this location. We stop going here since TJ left them. Business change so much I just walk in yesterday to try to buy some basic material and remind me how bad they are. Specially when you try to call them and order material, they never know anything as well as have anything. This sucks because it’s one of the few plumbing suppliers in the burbs.
