My condo was built in 2024 and I've now had 3 separate issues with the sprinkler system installation Crawford put in. A separate company came out to fix it, costing me nearly $2K, and showed evidence of wrong use of adhesive, wrong install, etc. etc. I also contacted Crawford multiple times asking them to address it and they didn't respond, even to multiple people there. If you're a builder I would recommend STAYING AWAY from Crawford as they appear to do shoddy work and don't much care about making it right by the customer... read more
