Horrible, unprofessional, and NOT thorough! Only this location the other locations seem to be quite opposite. Children were in braces for 4 years and counting. Front staff is lack luster and hired from GOD knows where. You have clients so your business can thrive and be successful not the other way around. The dental assistants in the back seem great! I have been a patient as well as my child of this company and they stole my money and refused service as well as told lies and promised to make things right and TYLER has not returned any of my calls for almost a year now . It’s Really sad that I was first referred to this office to receive treatment from Dr. Keith himself years ago but when I finally made the decision it has now became a nightmare
