Horrible service here, they will hang on to large sums of money for an unreasonable amount of time after you sell your property. My dad has received notification all the owings have been paid and still they refuse to release his money. It has been going on 2 years that they are hanging on almost 200k . Are you so desperate you need the money to collect interest on it. No where does a lawyer have rights to have on to your money so long for no reason. They are extremely slow to fulfill your request. They love holding large sums of home sales for very long periods
