Absolutely horrible place. Not sure how they even keep their doors open. The "providers" are unprofessional and ignorant. The nurses are rude and think they are Doctors and the scheduling staff is clueless on how to do their jobs. Wish I could rate this place a negative score. God help us if this place sets the bar for healthcare in the area. UPDATE I spoke with a women in risk management. I now understand why the staff behave the way they do. They’ll accuse any person with a chronic illness who deals with significant pain of drug seeking. And won’t help them. You might as well make the drive to Good Samaritan because this hospital won’t help you.

Everytime I come here the experience worsens. The care becomes less attentive, the speed in which we get information is delayed longer, nobody ever checks in on you. Whether it’s myself or a family member this hospital always seems to do the bare minimum.
