Refuses to answer phone calls, I have been calling for weeks leaving messages for an insurance update yet no will return my call. Spoke to someone on Tuesday of last week and was advised I would get a call that day latest 24hrs still nothing and now today all extensions are automatically hanging up saying no one is available!
I had a great experience with Paris, the receptionist at the Stockbridge location!
This orthodontist is the best. Both of my children came here and now I’m treating myself. Yay! The staff is incredibly pleasant and always willing to help. I’ve referred many people here.
