My son recently visited the Stockbridge location to have his braces put on. Throughout the process I was told that Medicaid would cover and I didn’t have to pay any money. Well a month later I received a phone call from a representative stating that Medicaid never stated they would cover the cost and that the information was told to me in error. I’ve been tryna get in touch with a director or manager , my son went a tighten in February we was told we have to take pics to send to Medicaid to renew and 2 month later it still hasn’t been sent to Medicaid , the. The older doctor with the harshly drawn eyebrows kept dropping the tools in my mouth and almost she caused me to choke at some point. The front desk and other staff were friendly though.
