Horrible at communicating during claims processing. Christina Monie will consistently ignore your emails. Then just drop a probable denial in your lap.
Do not use this insurance agency. They will not disclose different points about your homeowners insurance, and then threaten cancelation after you prepaid the entire policy in full up front. This is a terrible agency. DO NOT USE CRAWFORD INSURANCE EVER.
I had to deal with these folks via proxy while attempting to get a friend a better rate and they kept putting off adjusting her rate each month without explaining why and refusing to call her back until after it was too late to switch to a lower rate that month. Staff was rude and owner was impolite after it was explained to them why she was switching. She gave quite a few different attempts and gave these people more than enough chances to operate morally, and they chose terrible business practices. This was over two months... read more
