It is a great location so close to Olde Towne Portsmouth! Very Quiet and conveniently located near so many great spots! Chantal the assistant manager is wonderful about having events for the residents!
Save your money and go somewhere with staff that cares and doesn’t ignore your calls. I wanted to see about touring the place and they ignored all my phone calls. Listen to these bad reviews. This place is a 2.5 star rating for a reason.

While the exterior presents an impression of elegance, the reality within is quite different, as various maintenance issues plague the building, including drainage problems.
