I lived here about a year after renting at another place. I can honestly say this place is the worst i have ever lived. They never clean the carpets in the hallways, so there are pet pee stains everywhere and it stinks in the building badly. Constantly having thugs haunting around outside the building and being extremely loud at all hours of the night in the parking garage right behind the building. It is a great location so close to Olde Towne Portsmouth! Very Quiet and conveniently located near so many great spots! Chantal the assistant manager is wonderful about having events for the residents!
