The technician and his team are true experts in their field. After just one conversation with the technician, I was aware that he had the expertise to restore these homes that were more than 100 years old. While others wanted to completely redo the mortar, the technician advised that blending new and old would yield better results—and he was absolutely right! I can usually come up with some kind of a complaint, but not with Crawford Fire And Water Remodeling And Restoration. They're incredibly detail oriented, great at communicating, prompt, and reasonably priced. If and when the times comes again, we will hire them for more work. For now, we are loving our outdoor makeover. Could not have been more pleased.

This company had great customer service when I called in with questions. They always took the time to answer them and the mold removal in the basement was removed within budget and in a timely manner.
