We needed a contact block for a machine on site and spoke with Steve at the Clute location. Initially, I was unable to properly describe the part we needed, so Steve asked that I send pictures of the part. After reviewing the photos, he was able to quickly identify the correct part and arrange for it to be shipped to the Clute location.
