Crawford is an incredibly expensive electrical service and they (or their hired companies) will enter your property without permission/warning (i.e. trespass) and will destroy your land to include trashing your hardwood trees. Most of the trees we’ve lost were nowhere near their electrical lines. Find alternative electricity if you can…
We were out of service starting at 9pm due to power pole damage. At 9am they were sending a service tech to evaluate and see what needed to be done, nearly 12 hours latter. Temperature was 20 degrees. We were told that crews had met their work hours and could not continue.

Very terrible experiences with Crawford electric on communication and paying on bills and keeping you shut off and turned on and they don’t even let you do charitable donations. Unless you fill out forms they have that right and they also bill you for a power pole 2nd that you weren’t supposed to pay.NO WARNING FOR SHUT OFFS and they do not care if you’re freezing
