Take it from someone who has worked in a pharmacy before, this is what a great pharmacy service is. Switching to this pharmacy has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
My FSA always had to be verified by me submitting a receipt. Doesn't happen at other pharmacies. Stopped going. Then a comment was made My card needed to be swiped on another machine where they do MassHealth etc. I said "the money on this card is taken from my paycheck" . And gave me a sparky rude response to this review. Not professional at all.
I just love Crawford Drug, very helpful and knowledgeable about my medication there very kind to me and my Children once I started going there I can't see myself in those big chain stores anymore .the staff is amazing and my 2 best pharmacist Steve and Mike. Always welcoming me whenever I enter the store.
Family friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Can't beat it!
