Family friendly neighborhood pharmacy. Can't beat it!
My FSA always had to be verified by me submitting a receipt. Doesn't happen at other pharmacies. Stopped going. Then a comment was made My card needed to be swiped on another machine where they do MassHealth etc. I said "the money on this card is taken from my paycheck" .

I could not speak more highly of Crawford Drug. Echoing many others' comments, it's such a blessing to be able to call the pharmacy and get a real human on the phone immediately who quickly addresses my requests or questions — avoiding the long hold times and many "press this button if..." prompts that corporate pharmacies burden their patients with. My family is so grateful to Crawford Drug - their pharmacy and customer service beats any big chain by a thousand fold. When I call, I always get a human on the phone, and they know my name. There’s no going through 50 automated menus just to leave a message and never get a call back.
