I needed a new door and called a couple companies. The other were pushy and did not get back to me for awhile. I called Crawford and they called me quickly, learned what I was looking for, gave me a good price and I went with them. The door was installed about a week later. The installers were great. The other day a friend of mine asked me who did my door and asked if I would recommend them. I said I highly recommend them. Again, great service, quick, responsive, prompt and great follow through.
I am a disabled senior who's garage door decided to break( broken spring) during our severe winter. Called Crawford door after hours on a Friday night (The start of a 3 day weekend). The nicest man called me back, explained that it would cost extra for an emergency but he could be out within the hour.
