Worst location I’ve ever visited. The Vet tech was amazing! The customer service in the front not so much!! I dropped off my dog at 8:30 am and was advised he would be ready at 11:00 am, I tried calling at 11:45 am however no one answered the phone. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THIS LOCATION!! The lady in the front was real quick to yell out you $755, no one gave me an updates on the appointment, any recommendations, NOTHING! Ever since banfield took over for Crawford years ago we have consistently had negative experiences. You are lucky if you can even get through to them over the phone. They need a total overhaul of their operations. It is an operational disaster. You can tell by the numerous reviews below that no effort has been made to create change based off the theme in their patients comments. Such a shame. There is 0 service. And drop off appts only?
