The worst experience ever!!! Rude and unprofessional staff!! Totally ruined my new car, car went in for a repair and came back filthy dirty and with more damage than with what it went there with. Worst experience ever! Do yourself a favour, and go somewhere else. They don't care about the customer at all!!
Absolute first class service. Michael was knowledgeable, engaging and easy to speak to. The front reception team also deliver exceptional customer experience. Highly recommend CCR and can’t speak more highly of them!
Insurance claim through Youi. Absolutely fantastic and quick service! From my car being assessed by Michael to the completion of works after an accident. I was kept up to date every step of the way. The office ladies were very professional and organised Ubers for me to pick up and drop off my hire car. They made what can be a stressful situation, smooth and seamless. I would recommend to anyone.
