I shopped for services on my closing disclosure that stated $850 for Security First and I called Crawford County Abstract since I’ve used them before. They told me they would do better than the other company and come to find out it was higher than Security First despite being told it would be lower. Then I was told they would cut me a check to do what they said therefore I continued with them and it was only a $25 check which still made their services more than Security First.
