They were helpful, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. I was able to start the process on the phone. When it came time for closing, I had to make an appointment, physically appear in the office, and provide additional documentation. However, they told me everything that I needed to bring to the meeting beforehand. The meeting itself was very fast, but she took the time to answer all my questions.

I shopped for services on my closing disclosure that stated $850 for Security First and I called Crawford County Abstract since I’ve used them before. They told me they would do better than the other company and come to find out it was higher than Security First despite being told it would be lower. Then I was told they would cut me a check to do what they said therefore I continued with them and it was only a $25 check which still made their services more than Security First.
