We were hired as a subcontractor for a GC from this service and they haven’t paid us. We are now filing a mechanics lien on the homeowners house. Contractor connection has no process to accept formal complaints on the GCs they recommend. Beware...if you pay a GC for work to be completed and they don’t pay their subs...the homeowner is responsible to pay again.
