Super affordable but beware the apartment is not your own space as the landlord comes and goes as they please. Maintenance people are great but also get little to no communication with the landlord and you’ll have to deal with the same. 3 weeks of 90 degree temps inside and they only fixed it to have last minute no notice showings the day of. Shower wall peeled off and exposed a wild amount of mold that took two weeks to get fixed with the end date constantly changing. Asked me to go somewhere else while they fixed it. Maint... read more
