Do not reccomend at all, argumentative and do not believe what the customer is saying. They are there to try and take the load off the insurance company in a large event but at least 50% of the issues needed to be directly contacted through the insurance company anyway because they are so terrible to deal with.
Terrible service. Had to work with them via Allianz house insurance claim. 10 months to get to settlement. Highly dont recommend either
