Absolutely appalling customer service, there appears to be a lack of any kind of process followed by anyone here. This company clearly overworks their staff. Because the delays in getting back to clients/customers isn’t setting Olympic records. They are either 1) overworked and have way too many cases, or 2) have no staff. Can’t be sure either way. Possibly the worst experience and most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. This company lied to me, made false claims and fake definitive response times, made me wait 6 months, forced me to constantly email and check up and left me for weeks with no response. I had an insurance claim due to an injury and they delayed the medical check by so long that every injury had dissapeared then said that because of their incompetence that they couldn’t do anything for my claim.
