Service is unbelievably horrible, they just flat out don't want to speak to me the customer, it has been months that my car is at the garage waiting for them to give the confirmation to my garage...

Was treated so poorly and unfairly by Joyce Wilson and her supervisor Gail Abraham. It’s been a month of trying to get a hold of them once Joyce was assigned my case (No fault accident. I was in a car accident on Wednesday April 28th. Today is Monday May 3rd. The accident was at no fault to me as the car was stopped at a red light. The lady behind did not stop causing excessive damage to the rear end Information was exchanged. The accident was reported. On Thursday..one day after the accident my insurance company reached out stating I should have a rental car by that afternoon. Terrible took 3 months to get my insurance money for a trip especially during a rough time for everyone and they can’t get peoples money? Selfish and unprofessional and are making my life a struggle when it doesn’t need to be.
