I had the great displeasure of dealing with Crawford & Company after a Walmart employee damaged my vehicle. Praveen Sharma did a superior job of upholding the shameful reputation held by the public toward insurance company’s.
I’ve had the extreme displeasure of dealing with Sarah Richards and John Fitzgerald at this office. They were assigned on behalf of an Australian moving company to handle a moving claim which damages had incurred. The communication is zero coming from these two. They and the moving company have obviously zero intent on paying me for the work completed to repairing the furniture which is now 254 days ago.
