I submitted a claim through airbnb and they placed crawco as the handling insurance company. The claim process began the end of August 2024. Lori Guimond was the handling adjuster until November 17 when she suddenly would not answer my repeated emails and phone calls. I called and emailed for months to Lori and the receptionist requesting to speak with the manager. Crawford & Company Canada Inc. is a very unreliable company. When I asked for help with my claim they ghosted me. It took years to close and I only received a partial claim. I also sent a request for an adbudmanson but I was answered by my adjuster.
CROOKS. BAD FAITH INSURANCE. Do not use these people or you will regret it. Fair warning.
I have been calling and emailing for a week and my adjustor hasn’t returned my calls or emails.
