Absolutely horrible customer service. My insurance company used Crawford and company to be the adjustor with my file. I sent over the final repair quotes middle of June. No reply from them. It's now July 2nd and I'm just learning that the adjustor I had been using is no longer available. No one contacted me to inform me of this. No one gave me an alternate contact.
