I had to deal with these people after experiencing the same road incidents, 3 times, on the same stretch of roadway within a short period of time that resulted in repeated damage to my car. Even with dashcam footage I provided, they ended up denying responsibility after making me wait 9 months. Over that stretch, the company showed a clear lack of professionalism, communication ability and accountability. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!
Don't take insurance especially gap from people corporation. They are asking for lot of documents for claim even after submitting that they were saying they need more detailed version of those documents when they gave me the insurance they simply collected my money and didn't ask for any documents but when i had a claim it feels like they don't want to pay the claim amount to customers and they are also saying they need those documents within 30 days i feel like they added that clause and when they ask for all those document... read more
Very poor experience. Based on how my matter was handled, I would not recommend Crawford to anyone. Unprofessional communication, repeated delays, lack of accountability, and a process that felt careless from start to finish. Their mistakes caused more stress and wasted time instead of resolving the issue. I would strongly suggest others think twice before hiring them.
Definitely unprofessional company. I used Apple Pay with a different number than physical credit card number with a screenshot provided and they said I didn’t use that credit card with insurance coverage. Also their “mysterious disappear” clause is ridiculous. I was just claiming something less than $30
