Definitely unprofessional company. I used Apple Pay with a different number than physical credit card number with a screenshot provided and they said I didn’t use that credit card with insurance coverage. Also their “mysterious disappear” clause is ridiculous. I was just claiming something less than $30
One month into dealing with Crawford & Company and I am still waiting for 1% of their mission statement noted on their website to be truthful. Our basement flooded a month ago. I immediately reached out to our broker who forwarded the case to Crawford. Crawford promptly meet us at the flooded basement property. It's been an absolute nightmare since. A very disappointing company to deal with. All the 1 star reviews are not surprising; in particular an employee named Keegan. I would suggest further training before he deals with clients. We have, unfortunately, been dealing with a claim for the last month. We encountered a basement flood after the ice storm, as I am sure many people have. I regret to say that my experience with Crawford & Company was deeply disappointing. While the adjusters presented themselves as friendly and professional, their actions made it clear that they had no real intention of fairly assessing our claim. They repeatedly insisted that they had no role in the decision-making process, yet their actions suggested otherwise.
