The absolute worst insurance company I have ever worked with. I was involved in an accident and unfortunately had to deal with this company due to the company the driver was insured by didn't have licensing for NC. Months without responses... unanswered phone calls, texts, emails. They are the absolute worst insurance I have ever dealt with. I do not see how they are in business, it's been almost a year and a simple accident still isn't resolved
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I found their handling of my case to be unprofessional, and I did not feel that my claim was reviewed as fairly or objectively as it should have been. My contractor’s estimate exceeded $50,000, yet the amount approved was only $23,000, which I do not believe reflected the true cost of the repairs. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
Overall a 4 because of the time it took to settle my claim. As for my adjuster Mr Rawley a 5. He was fantastic in answering my calls and answering questions
