If there was an option for zero stars, that's what I would have picked. I had Lem come to my house in October 2023 for an estimate for a roof over my existing concrete back porch along with a railing and two sets of steps. His estimate was $7500. Job complete per my text from Lem. Awesome!! While they were working on the roof, Lem came to me with pictures of my whole roof. He said it was in bad shape. I am very pleased with the work I had done. The roof and siding was replaced by Crawford Brothers Construction and everything looks flawless. They took the time to make sure I understood everything and was happy every step of the way. It was completed in a very reasonable time I was expecting to hear hammers for months! I would definitely recommend
