Kiana was very sweet and helpful
We just moved into this apartment complex, and let me first start by saying this is my first time getting a place of my own and the leasing agent Kiana made the whole process so easy to understand and just enjoyable. I love the amenities and I love my new apartment.
I want to give a special shoutout to the property manager, Karl. He was very attentive and quick in addressing an issue I had recently. While there have definitely been things around the property that needed improvement, I truly feel like Karl may be the one to get things back on track. His professionalism and responsiveness gave me confidence that management is moving in the right direction.
I've been living in this complex for two years. I'm very happy. It's a safe, quiet, and centrally located place. The service from the office staff has always been excellent, very attentive and friendly, especially Kiana. Any questions I've had, they've always tried to answer.
This is my first year with the Crawford. I have enjoyed living there. Love having a gym and pool on property. To make it even better. I get my groceries delivered weekly. Walmart delivered almost $200 worth of my groceries to the wrong apartment. It had only my first name and last initial on the receipt. The manager Karl took the time to research to find out who the groceries belonged to. He contacted me so I could arrange to get my groceries from the kind neighbor who reported the wrong delivery.
