Recently received an email regarding a change in mgmt and I hope they can quickly turn things around. As of now, I would not recommend this complex, it is nothing like what we initially moved in to 2 years ago. Grass has not been cut in months, the trash is always full & there was a change in valet trash services and is now extremely inconsistent. I cannot recommend this place anymore. Management has completely neglected landscaping and the ground for months. They promise you luxury and elevated living and reality is that the whole place looks horrific. Completely unacceptable keeping in mind how much you pay for rent.
I have lived here for two years coming up in October. I first toured with Cindy and since then she has been extremely communicative and responsive. She knows me by name which shows how personable she is. Maintenance is also very responsive and usually comes in the next day, for example my AC went out later in the day and the maintenance man came the same night and provided me with a portable unit until the part that was broken could be repaired.
