I live in the area (pass by daily) and recently toured for a friend… pool and landscaping have drastically improved with the new company. They were bringing in pizza for residents and said the pool was open. Just thought that was cool. Inside of the apartments were impressive as well!
This new management are striving to clean up the mess of the previous one, so far they are doing excellent job, I wish them the best.
Update: I really hate to complain so much I swear…but the pool is STILL not back running and it’s already the end of August going into September. Hasn’t been open since before July. With this recent heat advisory the pool was definitely needed and would’ve been MUCH appreciated. I literally see the pool guys coming once every few weeks or so and they work on it for literally one minute and then leave. What is going on? Is it a funding issue? Update: The pool is currently still closed.
The new management don't have their act together. They are causing many problems around payments. They are sending out emails with bad instructions to use management sites that don't work. They are not properly handling their paperwork and didn't transfer the lease agreements or previous proof of insurance to the new Loft website. I'm getting month to month charges against my account when I already have a lease with them. They still haven't fixed it.
