Very dissatisfied with how the manager handled my concern. The worker lied and she did too about why my service part wasnt replaced today.Very rude and wanted empathy for a matter that didnt have anything to do with the service I needed. American Home Shield needs another repair service to replace them.

There was a small misunderstanding between the office manager and the tech due to bad cell reception and the office manager being ill. At no time did either lie to the customer as they were told they would be immediately rescheduled.The customer was placed into the schedule again immediately after we received the final part for this coming Friday as the very first call. The lady who answers the phone for this company is extremely rude. I called to inform them that I had not received a call for my service request and that I would like to set up an appointment. The lady was immediately defensive and proceeded to tell me how they have in their call log that someone contacted me earlier and left a message. I calmly stated that that was not the case as I had not received any calls nor voicemails. Ms. ***** is a home warranty customer sent to us on on 7/15/19 @ 1:50 pm. Per our contract with this particular home warranty company we have 24 hours in which to contact their customers to schedule an appointment. She was left a voicemail by our company this morning @ 10:49 am. on a line that is not listed. When she called this afternoon it was to this unlisted line. We have the right to refuse service, when a situation is going to be unpleasant, I felt I could not subject my technicians to this and had her reassigned.
I am very pleased with the service we received. Tech was very nice and had a good spirit about him. Upon returning to install part, my husband had the pleasure of meeting the tech. He is extremely happy with service and stated he felt during their conversation as if they knew each other all the time.

They talk the talk, but by no means can they walk the walk.....or even crawl for that matter... Imagine for a moment that an appliance of absolute importance to you and your family failed. Imagine now that you have a home warranty agency and that upon calling them they send out Crawford Appliance. We do apologize for the inconvenience that the customer has gone thru. We truly did not intend to take so long to attempt to repair the unit. Their appliance is a 2 year old appliance with a very complicated system ice maker system. This fridge was not a simple repair. Research had to be done 2 times to learn how to get into the unit to replace the parts that were needed only to discover that there was an incomplete frost pattern on the evaporator coils that was not visible until we were taking the unit apart to install the ... read more
