Our pool equipment was older and not connected to wifi. Danin did an excellent job assessing our equipment, recommending ways to update, and installing the right equipment to meet our needs. He clearly is knowledgeable and has high standards for what he delivers. Everything turned out great. Very pleased and highly recommend.
I called Jeremy at Marlin per Joel at Sun Pool. I told him my issue, and told me the options with the recommendation that I try a couple of things first, before I paid for a service call, etc... It worked, cost. me lest than $10 for parts. Sooner or later I'll probably have a bigger issue and need them. I won't call anyone else. Thanks Jeremy!
They showed up on time and got right to work. I asked Danan if I could watch and he said ok. He answered all my questions as he was working and it was obvious he had 26 years experience. His work was very professional and he gave me pointers on caring for the new filter since I do my own maintenance. I would Highly recommend Marlin Pools for any pool repairs.
Jerry just saved me a lot of $ and a headache fixing a leak on a new pentair filter. Pentair doesn't provide a part # for a rubber o ring that was the cause and instead requires you to buy a kit. Jerry new exactly what the cause was and new what part I needed. I trust my car mechanic and now Marlin pools to shoot me straight when it comes to maintenance.
Had an issue that was causing inconsistent pressure & water flow through the pump. Jerry called me back within a couple hours and did the troubleshooting with me on the phone. Problem solved, I avoided the service call for $100+ and Jerry and Marline Pools as a whole are awesome!
