Amazing food and desserts!
Terrible Customer Service My husband and I went to Cravings on 03/29/14 at approximately 3:00pm. We enjoy searching for small local businesses to support and decided we would try Cravings for an afternoon treat. I have never been made to feel like I was so "beneath" someone in all of my life! The customer service was terrible. I even commented on how good the cake was and he so rudely said, "I should think so, it is award winning." Cravings is one of my favorite places for dessert. They also did a wedding cake for our vow renewal and it was delicious! Tim is great to work with and provides great direction.
Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, but what sets this restaurant above the rest is the food. You can't go wrong on the menu and dessert is a must! Don't pass this place up.
Cravings Gourmet Desserts is not what it used to be What a disappointment. We went for dinner and had a mediocre meal, very small servings of the pasta and risotto meals, bread without butter, and one person was not served until several were almost finished. In the past this was one of our favorites. Go for dessert - not dinner.
Expensive and overrated Their deserts are great, their dinner food was not. We went there twice to give it a second chance. The first time they were busy so we excused the bad service and cold food. The second time it wasn't busy, but the food was not worth the money we paid for it in the least. The deserts were great, but again, not worth the money we paid altogether. Don't go here for dinner!!!!
Excellent – The food, service and desserts are excellent at this small intimate restaurant. It the perfect place for a date or nice dinner.
A Dining Treasure – After eating at great restaurants all over the US and even the world, this little-known cafe in Old Webster stands out as a quiet, friendly and warm place to have a truly wonderful meal. The chef travels the world (including Paris) to find dishes that will bring you back time after time. The deserts are the best, but the goat cheese salad and most of the entrees are 'to die for'.
