I placed an order today 04/18/2020 @ 250pm . Was told to pick crabs up at 4, My mother went to pick said crabs up, she was late getting them and now they say we never placed the order.. Yet, they mysteriously had another order for another Nichole, so Nichole will be disappointed because they messed her order up .. Bad business.. No apologies nothing.

Apparently the crabs are first come first serve. we called and put our order in. Gave our name and phone number. It was planned to be picked up at 3:30 and the young girl just called at 3:24 to tell me they no longer have our crabs. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I buy crabs from them every week so this is sad that this is a common issue here. You need better staff who doesn't sell peoples orders.
The go to guys and girls on crabs all year long , never have they let us down when we wanted to feast on the best crabs around !!!
Great seafood and great staff
I went here last night and bought 2 dozen of their $48 males got home and they were $15 and whoever poured the seasoning all over them I couldn’t believe it never had an issue before but I definitely wouldn’t recommend them ever again Btw the lady told me to bring them back today..🤔 I had out of town guests who wanted crabs so we washed them off and they ate them anyway $100 waisted on my part
I was in dire need of crabs for my birthday. I had never tried Craven Crabs but they have good word of mouth. My crabs were heavenly. I will definitely be coming back. And I love that the young lady working the counter was not only helpful over the phone but was super friendly when I picked up my order. I am one pleased customer.
