I was directed to this insurance agency through the Dave Ramsey ELP site. When I called, I spoke with a woman whose name I don't remember, and I found her demeanor quite rude. According to her, I am not allowed to request an ELP service because they have to keep calling me every time I make a request. She also claimed that they are the only local provider in my zip code and that it’s their territory, which is not true since another local provider had already contacted me. I am upset because I had a very strong referral for this company but when dealing with someone other than Ashley, the service just isn't ideal. Don't laugh at people's business and please don't give a time frame for follow up as "shortly" and then take more than 4 hours to respond with "we will have someone email you"

Cravens-Warren is an excellent company, and Brandon Pierce is truly the best insurance counselor I've ever worked with. In the 5+ years that I've been a client, Brandon has consistently provided prompt, well informed, professional attention. I refer friends and family to him, and he is the first person I contact with insurance questions or needs. Jessica Wichers is outstanding! I went through the Dave Ramsey ELP and to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect. I was expecting an agent from like State Farm or Allstate to pop up and we would just do the whole quote and I would then go to 2 or 3 more to shop my rates. I am so glad I was wrong. Jessica was the only person I needed to speak and work with to get rates that I am completely satisfied with.
