For living in the p.js/based on income/ HUD/Section 8 Apartments there not so bad. Those in need can't be choosy. I do feel they could definitely do better. One example, every apartment has roaches! They refuse to spray a entire building at once..only if you call they'll go spray once& just that one therefore the bugs just run back and forth. FYI, There's no washing machine hookups anymore in the apartments& removed or clothesline. When you need to do wash you have to go to our laundromat here or any Landry Mat. They all cos... read more
Trying to figure out preservation management problem, these people that work here are clearly tired of the crap as well.over worked and .it's not their fault at all 1,maintenance person to800 apartmentsi s un fair and crazyyy.hire more people .can not keep moving people in without help...even in the office they seem over worked what a poor minded company. The city New Bern and the health department needs to come in and take this place over because since you people took it over its horrible the whole complex went down and seems like don't know one give a Damn everyone needs to put their rent in escrow to the court house until some drastic changes are made they cannot put you out come together y'all that's the only way they will hear you
