Kyle was awesome to work with. Explained the step by step process.
Very professional, made repairs just as promised, just great in every way
Kyle was professional and personable. But more impressively he identified all the problems for me, and indicated these were easy DIY fixes that would only cost me a 10$ tube of sealant and a few minutes of time, versus paying a 250$ service fee for someone else to do it. I’ve never had a service professional come to give me a quote that kept me from having to spend any money at all. The honesty and service were truly refreshing. They definitely have my loyalty for any future repairs I will need done!
The entire process from the initial inspection to working with my insurance company and the tear down/rebuild of my roof has been handled with the utmost professionalism. The owner, Chris Craven, personally ensured my satisfaction every step of the way. It's so nice not having to stress and be anxious during the process. BTW, there was minimal roofing materials leftover in my yard. Way to go crew!
