My personal experience has been scheduling my elderly mother’s appointment & medical care for her diabetes. The staff has always been top notch with follow ups and medication also her prescriptions. Overall even the clerks that check you in are great. We love that she can get blood work and urine checked out in the same facility. Often you need to go else where for blood & urine test. Some of the rudest people I have ever met, so unwelcoming.
Got my second shot today and the people at the New Bern convention center were just as friendly as they were my first time there. The process was smooth and efficient and everyone involved deserves the thanks of our community.
