Mark is the consummate professional - communicative, prompt, organized, and of course does amazing work. Can't recommend Craven Boatbuilding highly enough! He is rebuilding a Westsail 32 sailboat for me and has been on point every step of the way!
Mark has rebuilt the majority of my wooden sail boat. He is an absolute artist at what he does. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
He is a rip off. I have a shop and multiple customers have come to me to fix what they paid him to do. This is small boating community and he has a terrible reputation. Ask around. Here are pictures of a boat that came directly from his shop he couldn't even put a prop shaft log in correctly. 15k spent I have customer phone numbers and documents if anybody wants them
Mark has performed multiple jobs for me over the years. He has replaced about 30% of the deck on my sailboat, new gunwhales, new teak and holly soles. Not to mention a custom rudder handle and various other small and large projects. He's a master craftsman and the best I've ever worked with. Fair prices and peice of mind knowing the job was done correct. If you have wood work or structural work, Mark is your guy.
