UPDATE: It gets worse. After bringing the order home and opening up the chicken, a putrid, rotten odor immediately hit my nose. The meat under the breading was completely spoiled and smelled decayed. Not only did they mess up the order and try to trick a repeat customer with re-dipped wings, but they are serving downright unsafe, spoiled food. My first time eating at Crave. I called in for an order of the wet lemon pepper. I had to wait for at about 15 minutes. My order was already made sitting on the back counter. Food is always great and staff is super nice. Highly recommend.

Order should’ve been a burger and 4 wing combo due to them being out of burgers they basically charged my card for all of the items individually. We told the girl who took the order over the phone we wanted 1 order of egg rolls, I was charged for 2. The SICKING THING is I was asked to provide a credit card number over the phone. I was charged over $65 just to arrived to the restaurant to be told they were out of burgers and ... read more
