3 years ago I used this business for some sweets. My issue is whomever they recently partnered with for reviews. I get non-stop emails asking me to review their shop. I tried to opt-out and now I get more emails that people have recommended them. Putting my email on a list to hound me for a recommendation doesn't make me want to come back.
The Best tasting cake! We bought a cake for our new college freshman birthday, cookies and cream. The ladies who helped my wife pick the design were super helpful translating her idea into reality. And it tasted amazing! At other bake shops in town, usually the oreo bits are a bit mushy and unevenly distributed. These were perfect! I know that's a weird detail, but it is kind of a pet peeve of mine. I want each bit to be the same. Glad we tried this shop out.
I went to a wedding cake tasting in Winter 2025. The staff seemed surprised at our arrival. The manager on duty, Angela, I believe had not introduced herself before bringing a sample plate of the most popular flavors to the table. We were underwhelmed with the cake quality. Crave Sweets Bake Shop has become one of those places my wife and I truly enjoy returning to. We first found them while planning our wedding, and they made our wedding cake in March 2026. From the beginning, they were easy to work with and did a fantastic job bringing our idea to life. Crave Sweets did our wedding cake, and they knocked it out of the park! They were so easy to work with and very communicative. The cake's design was beautiful and just what we wanted, and it was DELICIOUS. We had so many guests comment on how good it was. Our wedding was outside in early June, and they were so considerate, delivering the cake as close to the time as they could to help preserve it.
