This woman does not know what she’s doing ! Filled my taxes in February and she did them incorrect then had the nerve to change the taxes and refund amount a month later! Still haven’t received my refund and it’s 4 months LATER !!!! Told her the irs wrote me a letter and NEVER reached out to me or responded to me !!! Save your time and money !!! I rather have done mine ONLINE !
