Craughwell Village has been great so far. We’ve lived here 4 years. Definitely, better now than when we first moved here. Lots of improvements. Hopefully, they will stay up to date on improvements.
All repaired or replaced and painted utside wood shutters and balconies. The pool and gym are fantastic and the Apts are very soundproof.

As a comment below me mentioned, we also walked into an extremely messy condo as if a tornado had come through. The seller did work with us on it which I am grateful and stated they were not aware but still. It was apparently “professionally cleaned” as well. Take pictures of the entire residence before moving in especially if you have areas of concern
Cps very bad management I received 1500$ (1month) water bill for the period when I was out of state for that 5 month. I used to generally get below 100$ every month for water bill. Cps is very unprofessional community, I don’t where it went wrong but asking me to pay 1500$ For what I didn’t use. I didn’t like unprofessional cps maintenance.
