The gym has broken equipment that HOA Simply won’t fix. They don’t do maintenance on any of their equipment in the gym. It’s frustrating because condos owners here pay a ridiculous amount of HOA fees. And they don’t even take care of their little gym. They have a pool that’s open for three months and a little gym and that’s literally it. What a joke HOA does not care about their residence.
As a renter I’ll say I love the Area. That’s it. However, I was looking at possibly purchasing a property here. But the HOA fee fees are absolutely outrageous. It’s disgusting. Plus there are still roof leaks here and other property issues here. You get a little gym. And a pool that’s open maybe a few months out of the year. That’s it that’s literally it. Nice location and interiors
Craughwell Village has been great so far. We’ve lived here 4 years. Definitely, better now than when we first moved here. Lots of improvements. Hopefully, they will stay up to date on improvements.
All repaired or replaced and painted utside wood shutters and balconies. The pool and gym are fantastic and the Apts are very soundproof.
