Cratos is an amazing place to work out. I especially appreciate the experience and knowledge of the owner. Steve has tailored workouts for me that keep me from aggravating old injuries, but yet challenge me to gain in fitness. There is no one I would trust more than Steve for my fitness journey. He is simply the best in the business.

This is a boutique personal training gym with all 1:1 customized workouts. All of the trainers at Cratos are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The owner, Steve, makes it a point to get to know everyone that sets foot into the gym. They take time to understand your goals including any limitations and they listen to your feedback. Fantastic personalized training and physical therapy services - I have learned a lot from Steve, Tyler and Tasha - from improving my weight lifting routine to then modifying my program and relieving an ongoing issue with my rhomboid that started long ago! I felt listened to and I accomplished the goals I wanted out of all my sessions with the Cratos team!
