Dr Caldwell did a outstanding job with my dental procedure. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the doctor herself was very professional . I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Caldwell to anyone who needs a great dentist!
NO 0/5 UNPROFESSIONAL - The DDS/BossLady refers to herself as a “HUSTLER” (view name plate at office door) - Scheduled appointment = 1000, Arrival = 0930, Call to patient/examination room = 1130. Location sign & address are not visible due to dying, overgrown vines covering the front of the building. Hopefully this visit was a learning experience for my mother to take her health seriously - The 1 is merely for the “opportunity to learn” to choose wisely, especially when choosing your medical providers.
I have called several times but have yet gotten an answer. Is there any other means of communication?
Waited for 3 hrs because they had an issue with my insurance however I Didn’t know until I approached the desk and asked “how much longer will it be.” Made it to the back and waited an extra 1 hour and a half. Dr Caldwell walks into the room doesn’t acknowledge me or even introduce herself until I complained about the repetitive questions. She then wanted to cancel the appointment bc I wasn’t understanding as to why the same questions were getting asked by everyone who was coming to the back. I haven’t actually been to her practice yet , so my 5 star review is strictly based on more positive than negative reviews and hearing details of all the Great results of her work and the friendliness of her staff. I’m going to making an appointment today in hopes of giving her and her staff another great review. If it wasn’t for the phone situation, I believe all would be satisfied with her office.
