Don Theriot provided excellent customer service in support of an urgent project need. His follow up and willingness to support a time sensitive order was top tier, providing the comfort our team needed for reliability. Thanks Don and Craters Team for your support and excellent service! Kind regards, Donna K
I really appreciated the clear communication and reliable service from Craters and Freighters Houston. Everything was explained in plain English, the process moved quickly, and tracking updates gave me peace of mind. Their attention to security and customer service made the experience easy from start to finish.
They always do an excellent job, fast efficient and professional.
I had a great experience. On time, fast work, and the sturdiest crates I've seen made for my 6' x 5' painting and grandfather clock over multiple moves. Very curtious and they even helped rearrange items in my temporary storage unit to get my items stored. I would definitely use them again!
5/5 stars – Craters & Freighters Houston & Charlotte impressed me with their speed and reliability. My shipment arrived quickly and was well protected, showing the high level of security they provide. The customer service team kept me informed at every step and the online tracking was clear and accurate. I especially appreciated how smoothly they handled an international shipping service for my pallet. I would definitely use them again. Note: Rick Samantha and Eric need a 15% raise
