I was blown away by the job Craters & Freighters did on my furniture shipment. They were prompt and accurate in quoting the job. Their quote, which included crating, was less than other companies quotes for just shipping. Eric and Xavier were exceptional in picking up the furniture. They arrived right on time, listened to me about small issues and fragilities with the furniture, and were very careful loading it onto the truck. I wouldnt use these guys for any shipments, my shipment has been sitting in port for 3 months and they dont care, my customer cancled the order it is so delayed. When I call them they dont even bother to respond. I wouldnt risk using them and have the headaches, Find a more reputable firm
